Drought Tolerant Landscape Design & Installation

Nothing beautifies your abode like a custom landscape. Our work speaks for itself! There’s nothing more important than your house’s landscape, so we tackle every project like it was our own. This commitment to landscape excellence has resulted in a list of very satisfied clients. We’d love to add you! Make your drought tolerant landscape a natural oasis like none other. Eco-Active System's landscape architecture involves much more than just planting shrubs and arranging trees. We create breathtaking mini-ecosystems that embody your personal aesthetic while incorporating drought tolerant flora and fauna indigenous to our area.  Don’t trust your dream project to just any firm. We use a stringent, client-centric process to ensure collaboration occurs at every critical junction and that you’re informed every step of the way.

Design

We don’t build until you approve our design to the very last detail. The design phases happens like this:

  • Initial meeting to discuss the client's needs, wants, and ideas.

  • Detailed collection of property dimensions, elevations, existing drainage & irrigation.

  • Creation of initial design that captures the essence of your project, followed by a meeting to make changes if needed.

  • Final design, including scope of complete project, a 3D walkthrough, materials list, and project cost estimate is delivered to you for approval (note: design fees are based on the standard formula of 5% of the total project square footage plus the hourly rate of $35 per hr. Example: to spend 15 hours @ $35/hr. for a 3750 sq. ft. project, would cost $525.00 + $187.50, totaling $712.50. Any changes made to the final design will require an adjustment to the final estimate with a written agreement)

It’s a thrill when you see your vision implemented right in front of you!

Installation

Once everyone is in full agreement, the landscape installation can begin. The install phase happens like this:

  • Pre-install walkthrough with your principal installer and lead landscape architect

  • Complete installation of your landscape down to the very last detail, including proper irrigation and drainage.

  • Post-install walkthrough with your principal installer to ensure we’ve nailed it

As with any project on such a large scope, it is inevitable (and quite common) that changes in the design, layout, or plant choice are requested by the customer. This is completely acceptable as we endeavor to be as flexible as reasonably possible in order that your dream landscape is achieved.
